This box is waterproof?!

This box is weather-resistant. It has weather-stripping along the interior edges of the lid which help keep moisture and dust out of the box. It is not waterproof.

does anyone know the height of this without the lid ? I want to install it in a side box of my wrecker but i dont need the lid
