Well Made, but with Poor Audio Quality
I decided to purchase these after taking the recommendation from a tech website about it being "One of the Best Wireless Headphones of 2018", however the high quality audio they promised left much to be desired. I found them to be really bass-y and muffled, which might be fine if you're primarily listening to rap or trap or anything like that, but I prefer it much more crisp and with clear high notes. They also try to make it seem "surround sound" almost with the way the audio is layered (at least that what it seemed like to me) which I wasn't a fan of and I don't know why they even try to do that with earbuds in the first place. The product was well made: comfortable fit, separate off button, carrying case, metal earbuds (I think) with magnets, tells you the battery life, and has a 3 year warranty, to which I think it would of held up through if you took care of them. For how expensive they were I was expecting them to be a ten times better then the $30 Philips ones I'm currently using, so for that reason I'm going to return them.

This is the most honest review from the most average listener to music.
I'll go over the pros and cons of these earbuds:PROSThe sound on these are quite good. Vocals sound great, the highs are controlled, and the bass is solid and still pumps while being controlled.Battery life is solid but nothing special. They connect fairly simply but I've had earbuds that connected easier.CONSThe fit was not perfect. While they wouldn't just fall out of my ears, they would every so often lose their seal which became annoying. They are slighty heavy because it is made purely of metal. This is a good and a bad thing since they wont break on you easily but at the same time are not the best to exercise.OVERALLThese buds sound great and I would definitely use these for casually listening to music on my computer, phone, or if I wanted to, watch videos. They do not favor one specific genre of music so they are a great pair for anyone who enjoys all types of music. The fit could be better so they dont get the job done there but overall these are enjoyable to listen to.

Small buds for people with small ears!
So far much more durable than several $30 sets that had wire breaks happen within 6 months. I think these will actually stand the test of time. No potential weak points that I can see. And the fact that the buds are smaller means better noise cancellation and more comfortable for my little ears. I haven't yet had my ears hurt after using them, which is huge for me.

On my 3rd replacement set currently, so far the worst Bluetooth headphones I’ve ever used.
I have used several different brands over the course of some years since the Bluetooth beats hit the world. These have a 3 year warranty for a reason, you’re going to need it. I am on my third replacement now and I’m not feeling so confident in them. I purchased these only last fall, so the fall of 2019 and it’s june 2020 and on the THIRD PAIR. What the actual fork?! The left earbud has gone out each time. I’m not sure if it’s telling but appears as if this model is no longer available, although when I spoke to customer service about this being a known issue I was shut down immediately. I was however referred to leave a review, so I guess this is representative of this company. I’m beyond unsatisfied with the company and their subpar products. The sound quality was not what I expected either. From the get go there was what I guess I’d call static in the sound quality. It’s not from my iPhone as was suggested by the customer service person. I will not be purchasing from this company again for certain. I should have returned them but within weeks of receiving them the left earbud stopped working completely and instead of getting the new pair I should have straight up returned them. But hindsight is always 20/20. I’d advise against anything from this company.

Stopped working after three months.
I only used these maybe 6 times and recharged them twice. The sound was great, nice not having to be wired to my phone directly. However after that 6th time, they just stopped working right in the middle of a workout too. Very disappointing.

Nice to look at but sound is average...
Fit is good, battery is ok, struggle to get more than 5 hours off full charge. Fast connection to bluetooth with multiple devices connected to phone. Sound quality is just not great. Read a few reviews on these before buying them and results sounded good, but in reality the sound is very average - decent mid range but struggles with the highs and lows. I wouldnt recommend these to a friend.

Nice set for the money.
I mostly listen to audiobooks or my tv. Sounds decent, but I won’t say outstanding. Seems to have a decent range of reception also. I have 2 Bluetooth dead spots in my apartment, where I get spotty sound; but yet I don’t drop the connection until outside of my apartment and down the hallway a bit.

Average
They did not reach as far away from the phone as the description said. It said 150’ ft. Probably only 30’. That was the main reason I bought. I got echo when using Bluetooth.

FRAGILE - Claims of being sweatproof and waterproof are totally false
First off I want to stress that my experience is not an isolated incident and that RHA know full well that they are selling based on misleading customers. I have now had multiple sets of both the MA390 and the upgraded MA650 model and not one has managed to work for more than about 8 - 10 hours. RHA are also very evasive in offering customer support and I had to do some DTe rice work to obtain a phone number to contact them, otherwise yoh are limited to emails and a weekday, business hours only support. I have had loads of correspondence with them and have eventually had the admission that only the ear piece itself is alledgely resistant to moisture. The neck band which contains the battery etc is so fragile and sensitive that now on my fifth headphones in two months. There are meant to be high end earphones costing £70 - £100 and while the sound is pretty good they are not worth the hassle. They come with a 3 year warranty, so keep the receipt as there is no way on earth that these are going to last that long, one pair didn’t even last 3 hours.I have even tried sealing the charge port etc with electrical insulation tape but the ingress still occurs leaving it dead, unresponsive and unable to be switched onMy strong advice is don’t be tempted, it’s is with great regret that I have to say, don’t touch these under any circumstances. The customer services are also awful at coming back to me. I have given them every opportunity to resolve and the best that they came up with was offering to upgrade me to the wireless ear buds, but at my cost. They wanted another £90 just to provide me with something that SHOULD workThankfully I have gone back to Amazon for a full refund which I can now spend on something fit for purpose

One of the best purchases I've made all year
Already own a pair of Sennheiser Momentum wireless headphones, which are tremendous and sound great, but I still used my old pair of wired RHA earphones for situations where the Momentums would either be uncomfortable to wear or might sustain undue wear and tear (out in heavy rain, for instance). When they finally gave up the ghost--after 6 years of fairly heavy use, I might add!--I decided to replace them with the Bluetooth equivalent and liberate myself from annoying snags on trailing wires altogether. I read up on lots of different options before settling on these, mainly because, having already made it to the final shortlist, it seemed a no-brainer to go with the pair that was manufactured by the same company as my last ones (since I was so happy with their longevity, build and sound quality, particularly for such a low price). This pair cost quite a bit more than the wired variety, but that was to be expected and, for what they are, the price is very competitive. Upon receiving the headphones, my initial impressions were that these are light and comfortable to wear, seem to have good build quality, look smart and unobtrusive, and connected quickly and easily with my devices. The sound is perfectly decent, I can't say much more than that for them to be honest, but I do spend 50% of my listening time wearing my Momentums and that doesn't seem a very fair comparison. The bass is a bit recessed and the soundstaging isn't going to blow you away but, for their price point, they're fine-verging-on-good.So, why do I love these so much then, if they don't *sound* particularly mind-blowing? Here's the rundown: 1) I get pretty much exactly the advertised battery life from one charge when listening at a reasonable volume; 2) they're sufficiently light and the neckband is made from such a comfortable material that I honestly forget I'm even wearing them sometimes when I've switched them off and left them hanging around my neck, no scratching, no soreness, no annoying bumping of the band against my spinal column; 3) the Bluetooth connectivity has been superb for me thus far, only had them lose connection once that I've noticed and I had wandered quite some way from the device I was using; 4) the same as with my previous pair of RHA earphones, I find the weight and balance of them to be such that, with the right size tips, they stay firmly wedged in my ears for a reasonable length of time without having to bother with those awful fin attachment things to anchor them in place (I can't stand how they feel or how fiddly make putting in and taking out the earphones). All in all, I couldn't be much happier with anything else at this price point and may well consider upgrading at some stage, although not sure I like the look of the neckband on the more expensive models.

I need a replacement for this faulty kit I got this year in January
I bought a set in december, then because I've liked them and they were meeting my requirements I've bought a second set at end of January so I can give away to a friend the previous set I had which I was happy with for a month of use, now few months ago one earphone just came apart and ever since I had to use them basically with only one cause the other was gone, basically what happened was, I was driving and wasnt even having them plugged into my ears, and when ive wanted to put them back in my ears the right one just came apart and I have seen the reason, they have been sealed with some very low quality glue which cause it to come apart and then the 2 wires holding the earphone have came off too, so ever since I am using the set but with only one ear plug left which is unfair considering the price I paid and how quick they came apart, so I would like to get a replacement.

Much promise, but in need of a 'Version 2'
Having had a pair of BeatsX die, I decided to try these out.I previously had a fantastic pair of RHA 750i's a few years back (note: same eartips!) and was very impressed. However, these did seem to be quite the step down from both, for differing reasons.Cons:The neck stays/danglers are annoyingly large and look out of place. They're ugly and should be flat.Control buttons are VERY hard to press.Bass is almost non-existent, a shame.Battery life is a bit pants. Nowhere near my (now dead) BeatsX.Pros:Super comfortable in-ear fit for people with small lugholes.Great isolation from external noise, BUT read above re: bass.UK company. Good to know you're 'Buying British'!It would also be nice to know why these are not being actively marketed/supported by RHA on their site - An Amazon-only/budget product?Additionally, I've noticed a strange artifacting on occasion which manifests itself in the occasional blip/crack in audio. I'll need to do some further checks before potentially returning. Maybe it's bluetooth interference - Who knows. What I want to see in the next pair;Open charging port without the flap.Less extreme bends to cabling in packaging.More bass.Redesigned and smaller danglers.

Use daily for my commute
Great quality earphones.I previously bought a £40 pair of true-wireless earphones and found that they were completely unreliable regards bluetooth connection so returned them. In contrast, the RHA MA390 earphones pair very easily and stay connected. I can have my phone in my jeans pocket and the audio stays true. The true-wireless pair I had would cut out as soon as some jeans fabric dipped the signal.Audio quality wise, the sound is clear, dynamic, and engaging - again, something that my previous purchase failed to achieve. I bought a used pair 'like new' for £46 and replaced the tips with InAir Air1 foam tips. With the standard tips, I think the sound is a little lacking in bass extension, but with the foam tips, it's a much fuller sound.I'm still getting used to the sound, it's not my usual sound profile from a pair of earphones/headphones. Bassheads beware, this may not be for you. The bass is certainly there and comes in tightly when needed, there's no muddiness to the bass at all. The highs don't have sibilance or any harshness at all - and I'm very susceptible to harsh, over-pronounced treble. The midrange is musical and engaging, but if I'm being critical lacks a bit of warmth that I would usually go for in a pair of headphones. They definitely have a little warmth, just not as much as I'm used to. At the same time I wouldn't call them clinical or completely neutral. This translates into a really clear and crisp musical presentation.I commute via walking, the train, and the tube through the hustle and bustle of London. Paired with the Air1's the sound is beautifully isolated and an absolute pleasure to listen to for several hours at a time with no fatigue. I've not yet tried the microphone and don't use the inline volume controls (except to test that they work). The neckband is comfortable - I forget I'm wearing it, and the build quality feels sturdy and looks smart.I tend to find that I'm listening to my music a bit louder than I usually would despite the fact that it's more isolated than before. Track after track I seem to notch up the volume to just hear the moreish quality of the sound coming out. Again, despite turning the volume up and having the earphones wedged in my ear canal, it's not uncomfortable or fatiguing - in fact, quite the opposite.I've not had to charge my earphones yet due to running out of power but top them up every couple of days. Based on the status when switching on 'battery at 60% etc' I would hazard a guess that I'll get between 7hrs to 9hrs playback on a charge which is in line with what's advertised.I usually listen to Sennheiser open back HD598's (warm sounding) and Even H2 wireless closed back headphones (warm sounding), plus a cheap £12 pair of Panasonic wired earphones I've had for years that sound fantastic for what they are. I can't use the Sennheiser's on a commute due to sound leakage and annoying other commuters, and the Even H2's are fantastic but a bit bulky (I can't close my eyes and rest my head back in the seat very comfortably), and the Panasonic's are great, but I tend to move my arm or phone and find i'm tearing them out of my ears or dropping my phone. As mentioned, I tried a pair of £40 true-wireless earphones and they were awful in almost all conceivable ways, especially the sound. The RHA MA390's are fantastic for the price, truly fantastic and I can't fault them.I'd like a little more of a warm/rounded sound if I'm being picky, but that might be more due to what I'm used to. I'm really enjoying having such a crystal clear sounding earphone that brings music alive that it's a real pleasure to hear things a bit differently and is now my daily driver for commuting.Highly recommended.
