I am using Bigmuscles Prime Protein from some days, and really it is very nice. Chocolate flavour taste very good, like milkshake only. Mix very easily in shaker, no lump coming. After workout when I drink, recovery also feeling better and energy is more. Digestion also smooth because of enzyme, no bloating problem.Overall very good protein in this budget, Indian brand but giving top quality. I am happy and will buy again.

I have tried many protein supplements and this is by far the worst! Big muscles brand has a bad reputation and this is completely understandable !I do not know what is the composition, but this gives me bloating and a stomach upset every time!Taste wise also extremely sweet and doesn’t easily blend.I wish I could return this and get a refund!!!
