It’s works great for small spaces
This worked well for my 650 sq foot 1 bedroom apartment. The living room cooled off by about 9 degrees after 20mins. The bedroom cooled off a little ( 3 or 4 degrees or so) but a little is better than none at all. I closed the bathroom door since I don’t need it to cool down and wanted the cool air in the other rooms. I’m moving to a larger place and plan on getting two more of these so there won’t be a strain to cool down all rooms.

Good Quallity in general.
Did not come with insulation tape like the other brands do.

Amazing price for this excelant product highly recomended!
Super efficaint and very quite does a great job keeping a very large living room cold even on a hot south florida day in Aug. Very impressed. Plus super easy to set up and a great price. Win win. Will definley purchase a second unit as two would easily cool my whole house if I was running on generator from the next storm. Truly love this machine. Great purchase

A little noise but tolerable.

Broken after 1 year.
I took a shot on this unit because of its price point while still listed at 12,000 BTUs. At the time of purchase there were no reviews. I am satisfied with the unit and it cools an upstairs bedroom quite well during the summer heat. The room is a larger 20x14 master bedroom with very high ceilings. It takes 1-2 hours to cool this larger space and works well with the ceiling fan on. I am rating 4 stars instead of 5 because the window installation kit could be a little better. Noise level was a big factor for me, and although this unit isn't super quiet, I believe it can't get much better with the amount of power in provides. I did a lot of research before deciding on this portable A/C and the unit is well worth the price ($100-$200 cheaper than other company models). Great Buy! I hope it lasts for a few years.Update: not worth buying if it's going to stop working after 1 year.

Nice looking unit. Could be quiter on “cool”
Like the portable a/c unit overall. Would give it 5 stars but with the cooling on it is louder than I thought and doesn’t cool rooms down the hall but that’s probably expected. This ac is placed in a 16’ x 16’ sunroom with blinds drawn all day. It’s also my tv room. the room is possibly hotter than placing in a living room or bedroom with not many sunny windows. With The fan on its quiter than the cool even on low. Haven’t turned on the dehumidifier (dry) yet.Order date and arrival date was 3 days! Be aware you have to sign for it from UPS. With the heat wave going on and my house being hot it took about 7 hrs to cool down the sunroom and adjacent kitchen. I turned on my ceiling fan to try and throw the cool air around which seemed to help. The exhaust tubing was hard to affix as it wouldn’t stay together at each end and inside the window needed a piece of wood to keep the slide level. The window frame has a lip on it so adjustment was needed for the tubing to fit. Within a half hour or so it was up and doing it’s job. Kept the box for future storage. Hope it will be worth the cost even in a few years.

Cool
Really made a difference this summer when our central air broke. This was a cheaper alternative than fixing the a/c at summer surge pricing.
