Not sure why it had bad reviews. It’s not HUGE, but it’s definitely good for a 3 days pack.Definitely worth $20.

I got this bag for my girl and what I gotta say is, the bag itself looks very nice the problem is that it's way smaller than what you would expect.I'm not a big guy (5'6 or 1,72M) and in terms of size it looks nothing like the pictures

LOVE this bag! Shoe compartment works great. Bag is very fashionable and made of durable material. Shoulder strap does not come with padding but the strap is still comfortable. I wish there was at least one inside pocket with a zipper but for the price the quality of this bag is top notch!

I bought this for my daughter's snow stuff for school because she's broken every bag. It's a great size and very durable so far.
