Works maybe half the time - horrible sound when recording through app.
As a single entrepreneur I was excited to use this to make videos for clients.Active track rarely works with the better forward camera. The trigger worked twice to activate (maybe was an update on app?), now not at all and the gesture works less than half the time.When it does work, it stops less than a minute into filming.A balancing error pops up intermittently.Worst of all when recording through the app, there is this horrible background noise that sounds like I'm filming beside an ac unit.DJI's support is really lacking, I've tried all the suggestions and it's still unusable.

not worth the price tag
this combo came with the creator combo kit, a case and 2 microphones that can't be used with it. It's overpriced as the combo kit is about $200 cheaper. I still have to purchase an sd card to even use the osmo. So i wouldn't recommend purchasing this for this price.

Awesome gimbal, highly recommend!
This gimbal is awesome, I always wanted a gimbal but was hesitant to pay for one if it sucked. Saw someone use this one on Tik Tok and said I had to have it. This one does not suck definitely worth the money, although if you have a case on your phone the holder may not grip properly. I had to get a bumper case for my iPhone Pro Max but I really like the look and feel of my phone now. Takes some practice to balance the phone but there are videos on the app. Once you get it balanced it’s really fun to mess with. Two thumbs up!! 👍🏻👍🏻
