Yes for the most part. Heat does seen to move the nose pieces after time

Q: How long time for one pair pads can use? When I change to new one, how to clean my frame?

They lasted for about 2 months.... you can still clean your glasses as normal after application. With heat it makes the nose piece slide. The adhesive is good though
