Bodyprox Knee Brace with Side Stabilizers & Patella Gel Pads for Knee Support

It's perfect. On the early morning hours of July 4th, my knee decided this was the day to give out. I could barely walk or sleep because of the pain. I ordered it at 3:30 in the morning and got it by 10:53am. I needed it to work later on in the night. Other reviews complain about certain things, like the straps or slippage. It hardly slips. If you adjust it correctly then you shouldn't have an issue. I wear it with and without a barrier underneath, because it's that comfortable. I was skeptical about it because of the price, but it's actually the best supportive one you can get under $20. It has a wide range of stretch and it's very durable. I've been using it since that day. That 80% pain decrease is the TRUTH! I take it off and the pain comes back. It can get uncomfortable if you have it on too tight. It's not to thick like a more professional looking support,but this one is very worth it. You need to review the sizes before you purchase. One size isn't one size at all, it's small/medium. I almost made that mistake. I wear a large and it's great. The Velcro is awesome. If you need some pain relief and ability to walk a little better then get this.

It's not often that I get to write a really great review. Through many knee braces with ice packs in the past that never fit right to a couple I recently tried for a different issue, this one fit the best for my knee. I got the One Size - the strap around my thigh fit well and the strap around my calf fit without gaps or bunching, which is huge. The two other straps which you place in an X are fantastic; they support each side of the knee which is exactly what I was looking for. After several trials to see what worked best, I put the brace on standing up, over my pants, first the thigh strap then the calf, then take the other straps one at a time diagonally across the knee and strap to the calf as opposed to up towards the thigh.The velcro can be aggressive but not overly so; I think it's perfect and will last a long time. The quality of the brace seems fine, I don't see any issues in the sewing or otherwise. I do not know how it would be against skin as far as comfort but the fabric feels soft enough. The gel around the knee is good, the hole is a little smaller maybe than others but I was able to put my knee on the ground with it without discomfort. I did try it on over thermals with loose straight pants on top and it was almost unnoticeable.I had no slippage, I had full support of my knee side to side, it felt comfortable to wear even over my loose pants, and I felt safer wearing it while doing something physical that involved turning my body at times. Hands down the best knee support I've ever tried and for the price, unbeatable.I would recommend this to anybody who is having difficulty finding a good fit for the thigh and the calf, as so many others fail to do, and also for the excellent support it provides.

This is a high quality brace. I have had OA in my knees for many years. I generally just pushed through until last year. I sprained my knee and was prescribed a brace with metal hinges. It worked for what I needed then but I wanted something a little less bulky for normal activities and I was looking through the products here. I had this brace in my cart for awhile. About two weeks ago, I was feeling good and over did it in the yard. My one knee was seriously aching after the yard work. So, I finally broke down and bought this brace. The fabric of the main brace was soft and comfortable. The support and compression was good. The patella ring was comfortable. I felt relief the first day I wore the brace. Those are the qualities. The problem I had were the cross straps. They are not the same fabric as the main sleeve. They crossed behind my knee over the cutout for flexibility. They rubbed on the skin on the back of my knee and they were irritating. Then, I think the brace was oversized. The main straps started sliding out of line through the day. I think this would be great for someone who wants to wear it over pants or workout clothes, this would be a great product. I returned it because I didn't like the way it gathered in the back of my knee. I want to wear it with shorts and under my pants.

This knee brace is the best and the adjusting of the Velcro is outstanding and super breathable!! I’ve always had issues with my knee cap coming out of place due to hyperextension and other things so I eventually had surgery on it 3 years ago and wanted this mainly for protection and especially if I go to places like amusement parks or fairs/festivals. The quality of it is very nice and thick like it won’t tear/fall apart if you put it in the washer then lay it out to air dry so it doesn’t shrink in dryer. The support of this is unbelievable and if it’s on too tight you can adjust it to your liking which I love!!

The price was nice and it was delivered few hours later in the morning. However, I am not sure that I could wear it for a long period of time. I am going to go skiing next week, but last week one on y ski trip, I fell and, being intermediate/advanced skier, the settings for ski disattach was for a higher level.As last week went by, I noticed that my knee is hurting more. So I was shopping for a brace that I could wear for 6 hours straight on the slopes next week. When I got this brace this morning, I put it on and been wearing it for 2 and 1/2 hours, and I can honestly say that this bulkiness in the back is very uncomfortable, and it's squishes my skin every time I bend my knee or walk. I took it off, and I found a little blister 😕. I thought it was a thin I'm after of fabric that I had underneath to avoid 'smelling it up' with menthol medication, but it wasn't. No matter how I would wrap it, I still get this feeling that the opening in the back is just not enough, even for a person like I am: 4'11'' 90lbI will keep shopping for more options.
