I don't form concrete for a living, but I do have occasion to use it at home. So that being said, getting these I knew they weren't going to be professional grade, but I don't need professional grade. Build quality is actually better than I expected. The handles are comfortable. The thickness of the steel is okay. Not too thick, but it's definitely not the thinnest I've ever seen, so I'd say it's on par with this price point. Speaking of which, this is a great value - three tools for what one could easily cost at a hardware store. Again, if you're going to be doing a lot of concrete work, these probably aren't tough enough grade. But for DIYers like myself, these are absolutely perfect.

I have done some cement work occasionally.These tools, 3 pieces for $20 seems like a good deal.I feel that there are better tools out there, but for occasional work, these should be ok.I am also not sure if these tools are smaller than the professional tools. I feel like they may be slightly smaller.They are basically sheet metal construction, and sheet metal needs to be deburred, or it will cut you. Some parts of these tools are sharp.Also, the "Groover" has a tip on one end, similar to the front of a boat, that makes it directional.
