purchased and installed three of these units in different configs. Wifi and or cell speed depending on the model in combination with server response seems to determine if it records reliably. Some days it's great picking up everything and other days the Sehmua cloud software doesn't work.

Buen día mi cámara no se conecta, ni dice “La cámara está lista para conectar” alguien sabe porque solo se queda parpadeando el led y al momento de querer conectarla no se puede.

I received this camera for Christmas last year. I began having different issues with the battery life and no recordings. I contacted customer service several times and each time Yolia was professional and patient with me. She offered several different options for me to try none of which worked. I finally said I wanted a new camera. Without hesitation, Yolia ordered a brand-new camera which I received today. I wish every company had a Yolia because she is the reason I continue to buy Sehuma products. Thank you so much for taking time with me and being so patient!

I have two of the earlier versions of this camera that work ok. I’ve tried all 3 service providers they have and can only get 1 bar in those so randomly work. This camera is trash. It has 2 bars and i have been back and forth with customer service for the entire time I have had it. Its does alert motion and if it doesn’t it doesn’t record any video. I will not buy another one. I’ve paid over $150 for cell data and cloud storage and the camera doesn’t work.
