## Questions & Answers

**Q: What are the dimensions of the letter box please and have customers found the box waterproof?**
A: The postbox is well worth the money it's completely waterproof was a a very good buy

**Q: I am unsure how and where to attach letter box spring. Advice needed please.**
A: Not sure what you mean, I attached mine with rawlplugs and screws.

**Q: What is the size of the replacement barrel lock.**
A: 18 mm in diameter with a nut fitted inside to unscrew and then separate front and back of lock.

**Q: Would I be able to attach it to a gate (railings)?**
A: Took two pieces of wood and shaped to fit across rear of box. I attached a piece of wood to rear of box ( screwed together from box inside using screw holes at rear of box ) and then used another piece of wood to other side of railings and then bolted the two pieces together using long 8mm size bolts. Painted both pieces of wood black and looks very smart ( even wife thinks so ).  Once box and piece of wood trial fitted then separated, two pieces of wood firmly bolted together with bolts passing through railings and then the box screwed back into place quite easily as holes already there. Wood painted black, same as railings. Yours whatever your colour. Easy to do and fairly straightforward. Longest time waiting for wood to dry but well worth the effort.
