Since taking this magnesium, I’ve had the best sleep at night. Before taking magnesium, id wake up randomly throughout the night and I couldn’t stay asleep. This magnesium keeps me asleep at night. I notice a difference in my sleep when I forget to take it. The taste is ehh. I prefer cymbiotikas fruity flavors which usually taste amazing but this one isn’t my favorite. I just know how amazing it makes me feel so I just deal with the not so great taste

I put this in my coffee every morning or smoothie, adds a nice flavor to it and after a months use I feel the difference in my sleep and muscles, no more cramping! I put on auto ship so I'm never without!

I'm sure the quality is good but the vanilla taste is just not good at all....I wish it wasn't so sweet..it's like drinking maple syrup.

Just took my first dosage. Man does it taste awful. Other than coffee or mild (i don't drink) is there anything to mix this with to make it tase better. Open for suggestions. I really cannot rate this yet because its my first dosage however the taste alone made me give it 3 stars.

I’m almost 65 years old and I’ve been taking this for a few months and I’m very happy with it. I can’t really describe how it’s been helping for one thing that I had some brain fog that is gone now, but I am super dissatisfied on the price hikes, I wanted to be taking this all the time and be faithful to The ones who produce it but it starts out like at $49 then to $67 and now it’s $149. I’m on a fixed income, and I cannot afford the higher prices and it makes me kind of sad because I’m so happy with the product

Not up to the hype. I noticed NO difference in how I felt. So sorry that I ordered 2 boxes.The taste was ok if you like vanilla cream…
