Arrived promptly packed in a vacuum bag with cardboard outer box. Once out of the packing it returned to full size within a few hours and whilst I've noticed a slight smell to it, it wasn't very strong and has now pretty much fully disappeared.The mattress itself is very comfortable so far, firm but not hard, and the memory foam layer is lovely - I am sleeping better than I have done for a while!

Very impressed with the quality of this mattress. Extremely comfortable, sturdy and well packaged it arrived vacuum packed rolled and in a cardboard box! No awful smell off it like you normally get. Would definitely recommend

Having bought, and returned, a more expensive mattress I was not sure what to expect of this one. I need not have worried. This is an excellent mattress with a quality covering. The memory foam is of a depth to provide good support whilst the underlying foam yields sufficiently for comfort. My wife believes that it is the most comfortable mattress that she has ever slept on.

Great - teenage son loves it ! I actually have to get him up out of bed now where as before he was up at stupid o'clock to play Xbox as he wasn't comfy !

Great mattress, thick and comfortable, it's well worth the price. I'd say it's medium-firm, I've had it for just over a week.Only downside is it being very warm as it is entirely foam.

I’ve bought 2 of these mattresses now. So worth the money. So comfy.

The mattress sinks in as you sit to an extent that your body would start to pain after a nights sleep. You cannot sit along the edge of the bed as the edge sinks in almost to less then an inch. I only weigh 72Kgs. I don't think it would be suitable for kids either. Mattress was no way near what was in the picture when ordered. I have memory foam mattresses in all my bedrooms and this is by far the poorest.
