Great looking Gazebo, but disappointing quality
Superb to look at however, curtain straps come unstitched in the wind and now the roof has completely collapsed! I currently have a structure with no roof on. I sent pictures of the roof struts to the supplier and have made several calls and am still awaiting a "decision" from the technical team, whatever that means. I know I can get a refund through Amazon but I would rather have the Gazebo as it looks fantastic. I will update when they have "resolved" the issue.

Frame very sturdy and well made
Frame very sturdy and well made.Easy to erect. Major downfall were the totally inadequate brackets connecting the feet to the legs.The brackets are small and weak. There are only two. Had to purchase my own brackets and straps.This is a major design fault could easily be rectified by the manufacturer at very little cost.

This is just what we wanted! We purchased a smaller version of this gazebo last year and were so pleased with it, we decided to buy another, larger model. The delivery was very prompt. This is a large, heavy item and luckily we had family members visiting who were able (OK bribed with food and drink!) to assist with the construction. All the instructions were clear and the item was put together fairly quickly. It looks a real treat on our patio - all we need now is some sunshine!In conclusion, I would highly recommend this item and this company. The price was really good too, especially when compared to items from the same manufacturer being sold in a local garden centre.

Great
This item arrived 24 hours after I ordered it from England and I live in Aberdeen, brilliant service, I managed to erect it without any major problems although 1 of the main side roof supports arrived damaged, rather than return it I managed to straighten it myself and the rest was easy enough, it looks as good in real life as it does on the photos, I just hope it manages to stand up to the winds we experience here in the North, so far so good.

Does not live up to its cliams.
Put this up on Thursday 1st July blown down by Tuesday 6th. Leg buckled. Does not live up to its claims. Not very happy at all😖😖😡
