Great cream to soften skin! I used on my heels and elbows daily and saw a great improvement. Nice in between pedicures or in the summer when skin is dry! Great product packaged nicely and shipped quickly.

This is the best cream I’ve used for my dry skin. Really leaves my skin smooth and nourished. I’ve tried many, will continue to buy this one. Very economical and works.

Moisturizing so far im enjoying but I will be back with an update in 30 days.

I'm a family physician and use Urea cream in my practice for severely dry skin. I was pleased with the product's consistency and it works very well. This formula is a little stronger than most on the market (60% versus 40% urea) and the added salicylic acid is also beneficial for severely dry, chaffed, or flaky skin - such as on the feet and heels. No unpleasant odor, not greasy. I would definitely recommend this to patients.

Amazing product! I had a large callus on my bug toe that i couldn’t get rid of. I tried everything!! After just 2 applications there was much improvement! Absorbent, moisturizing and light scent.

Good product, however the container is not full. This was noted from another customer’s review. Would like to know the reason behind you all not filling the container at least to the rim? It is only 3/4 full. If you are only going to fill it 3/4 of the way, you should not advertise as if it is a full jar. This is the reason for the low review.

I bought this mainly for my heels, which get really dry and cracked no matter how much lotion I use. After applying this cream every night for a week, I noticed a real difference—my heels are much smoother and the cracks are healing. I also started using it on my knuckles, which tend to get rough and flaky, especially in colder weather. It’s thick but absorbs better than I expected, and it doesn’t have a strong smell. I’ll definitely keep using it.
