I bought hemp seed oil in a desperate bid to help rid me of the inner anxiety demons that have plagued me most of my adult life. I've tried numerous supplements over the last couple of years and nothing has helped so I gave hemp seed oil a try having read about it online. I'm glad that I did. In short hemp seed oil has improved my quality of life since I started taking it. My quality of sleep has improved massively and my anxiety has improved whereby i'm not thinking too much about things of worry as much as I might have previously.It's not a miracle cure but it's helped me greatly at a time in my life when I really needed a confidence boost. One negative for me is that the bottle size is small and only lasted me just over 2 weeks which isn't sustainable given the price, but I will continue buying hemp seed oil because in my opinion you can't put a price on good sleep and feeling a little better about yourself.Would certainly recommend this brand - the taste isn't for everyone but I loved the strength of it, it really makes you feel like you are taking something that is powerful.

Bought for relief from severe anxiety, stress and mood problems and also for pain relief from my multiple sclerosis pain.Upon first few days of administration I was disappointed as expected to see a real difference. Although I was still in exactly the same amount of physical pain, I did eventually notice a slight decrease in negative and anxious thinking.After 1.5-2 weeks of deciding maybe cbd wasn’t for me, I thought I’d up my dose before I throw the towel in and, although it’s not recommended, I took around 15 drops a day for two weeks and it was only then I noticed any real improvement with my mood.Pain relief was very minimal although seemed to take the edge off. I found it made it easier for me to get out of bed in the mornings. I felt less stiff. Also I slept better (well, as well as I can with a baby who wakes constantly through the night!)Racing thoughts were slightly reduced.All in all, I was pleased with this purchase.Unfortunately I had to purchase a higher strength cbd oil from another amazon seller as I feel maybe 10% is just not enough for what I needed it for.I’d recommend this oil for anyone who has mild anxiety, or is just looking to reduce stress and improve sleep.

This was delivered quickly and well packaged. I was trying this oil to help with insomnia. For the first 3 nights it worked great. I was really happy, After five years chronic insomnia. Then for some reason on the fourth night I didn’t sleep again and haven’t been able to sleep since. I used the same dose, even tried a slightly higher dose, but it was no good.So I’ve had to give three stars, for the first three nights.

I bought this product as I suffer from severe anxiety and minor depressive episodes, and the 1st time I took it, it did seem to elevate my mood. I was smiling for the first time in weeks.HOWEVER, I have continued doses, upped the doses, taken every 2-3 hours, taken after not having any for 48 hours and I can tell you with the utmost certainty, it’s a lie. This particular company was only recently established and has no official site, recommendations and if you google map the address it’s nothing but an awful building.The oil itself is nowhere to be found except amazon, leading me to believe this is but a hoax, and not a legitimate product. I have since tried another reputable source of cbd oil that works wonders. Do your research, this oil could be anything and have any additives. Independent testing and further research will be publicised by myself.

I have been using it a while now and the longer I use it the better the results!! When I take it before sleeping I wake up fully energised and in a much better mood:) the taste is peculiar and you gotta get used to it a little bit but it tastes fully like hemp, quite strong. Would recommend to use it continuously for a week or two to see stronger results, over all love the product!!!

So i have been taking this now for around two weeks. I have only just started to really notice the difference in terms of my mood and anxiety (GAD).I read a lot of reviews online of how people notice the effects straight away within 10/20 minutes, however I did not really notice this when I first started taking this product. I started with minimal dosing - 2 drops three times a day and slowly increased it. It was only two days ago that it actually started making a difference and since then it seems that everyday this is making a bigger and bigger positive difference to my life.I am currently taking maximum dosing (10 drops a day - 4 in the morning, 4 in the afternoon and 2 at night)You have to find what works for you and your body, but don't expect it to work like a miracle straight away - if you research into it some people only notice effects after two weeks. Also if you suffer from a genuine mental health problem, you will probably need maximum dosing to really notice any effects - just make sure you gradually increase dosing over time.

Don't believe the high ratings. It's poor quality and tastes awful. It's also made / sold by a Mr / Mrs Anonymous - there's no manufacturer details on the packaging or their basic website. Oh, and the website opened a saucy pop-up. Won't buy again. You get what you pay for eh ...
