Davidson's Organics, Baobab Powder, Loose Leaf Tea, 16-Ounce Bag

I wanted to try baobab for a long time but didn't know how I'd use it so never bought it. When I came around to buying it, the sour taste to it threw me off so I didn't use it. I eventually came around to forcing myself to use it & am so grateful that I did. Tmi BUTT (lol), this product has helped regulate my bowel movements which I've struggled with for 30yrs. For anyone looking to buy this without knowing how to use it... simply mixing tbsp with 3cups of water is enough. Or you can add sweetener of your choice (I use maple syrup)

This is my fav baobab. Put it in smoothies. It is kind of sour but you can use Monk fruit or other sweetener. I dont mind the sour taste. I know I am getting gut health from using this.

The taste is very mild and the powder has the consistency of flour. It's a bit slow to dissolve but I use it for a large water bottle that I carry during the day so it has some time to rehydrate. I'm always looking to add minimally processed, healthy foods to my diet. Baubab is an easy way to boost my vitamin C, fiber, prebiotics and anti-inflammatory elements. It's a keeper!

Keeps me full. I don’t know if it goes with berries

I like the ease of use. It is sour to taste as I do not use sweetners, I drink it hot it is similar to lemon. I have tried it in oatmeal and the full dose is WAY to much sourness for eating it that way or in yogurt. I would require lots of sugar to make it palatable.
