It is all stainless steel including the sprayer / waterfall head. It was fairly easy to install. The pull out sprayer nozzle length will depend on where you apply the weight on it. The further down on the sprayer hose you install it the further your sprayer nozzle will pull out. Therefore if your sprayer nozzle isn't coming out far you will need to reposition the hose weight. It's an installment issue, not a manufacturing issue or a error in the product description. The hardest part of the install was me getting the sink and old broken faucet out of the counter. The waterfall function on the faucet is beautiful and feels nice on the skin when washing hands. The sprayer function works well and will blast residue off of dishes easily. The head rotates easily into the pot filling position as well.
