Not easy to return
This is a great, top quality ball.Unfortunately it was too heavy as I stupidly ordered wrong weight.I have kept it as it proved to be difficult to return to seller.I would have had to pay Royal Mail a fortune to return it, by posting as no return labels were available.I guess I am just used to easy return items.This was definitely not.

Great addition to a work out
This is a really good finisher to my workouts. Good quality and no bounce which I have had from other balls. I will use again when I need to increase the weight

Split after 5 months use
Bought this a year ago. However, we were closed for 5 months due to Lockdown. Contacted their customer services and received a blunt reply stating I could buy again, but sale just over 12 months ago so no replacement. Considering there were 5 months of non-use I thought this was shocking. I will not be buying again. Not robust enough and poor customer services.
