It fits. However when in place it's unstable. You have to LIFT the toddler on and off or if the child tries to scoot off the insert will likely slide off.

Way too small
This seat was WAY too small for our toilets. It kept sliding back and forth on the seat. Would not stay in place for my daughter to try it. I returned it immediately.
