GOBE52mm UV Lens Filter (3Peak)

First bought UV 2x67mm & 1 x 62mm.excellent packaging which can be used again for other filters.I know the arguments for and against but I have found there is an improvement in colour and definition..yes it is very subtle but it's there.,that's why I bought 4x 52!!!!Can also recommend the GOBE support email in their site.Very helpful and prompt .

I have used this filter on a Nikon prime lens I paid for the pro version three peak filter to keep the quality high.Love the five planted trees!!

Gone are the best.I prefer them to Nikon original ones.

Having heard so much praise for this filter manufacturer, despite their relatively low prices, I thought I'd buy one. I'm a professional photographer and I needed a UV filter for a new lens (Canon 40mm) which has an unusually small filter thread size.The build quality of the filter is good, and it doesn't feel cheap and fits the lens well. The main issue (and it's the most important one in my view) is that there are a number of marks (or lines) visible on the filter, when it is held at a certain angle to a light source.My guess is that they are are either scratches - definitely not done by me - or that the filter coating is uneven in places. In either case, I will need to find another filter as I can't trust this one to give me the best image quality on what is a very good lens.
