I picked up the Insta360 Flow 2 Pro Creator Bundle when it was only one-forty, to use as a portable go-to for filming video with my iPhone 15. I'm happy it's part of my kit. The more I use it, the more I like it. The tripod is sturdy and perfect for tabletop filming. The gimbal's tracking works well and video is smooth, whether using the tracking while the phone is on the tripod or handheld. Pairing the Flow 2 Pro with the iPhone 15 is easy with the DockKit, but at first I struggled as I was doing it another way - the hard way looking to pair it in Bluetooth settings at first. Do yourself a favor and download the app before anything else, get it open and then that pairing is seamless! Speaking of the Insta360 app, it's where you should start your journey with this thing. Tutorials, an editor, and a camera icon that launches the Flow 2 Pro's integration is well thought out and works very well to help users with the "how to" of using this gimbal. Frankly, on the box in red it should say: "BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING ELSE, DOWNLOAD THE APP AND PAIR THE DEVICE. THEN JUST WORK WITH THE APP TO USE YOUR GIMBAL." The gimbal charges quickly; about 1.5 to 2 hours when fully discharged, and can last up to 10 hours. It can also be used as a power bank to charge your phone or another device. Having never used a gimbal before, I sometimes feel awkward using this one, but with practice it's getting easier. I like that YouTube has lots of tutorials for film-making with this tool, and I know I'm just scratching the surface using it as I am now. The whole thing has so much versatility (selfie stick, gimbal, tripod) lifestyle and travel vloggers should all consider getting it! I do feel like the connection of the camera to the gimbal is sometimes a little fussy, but if you make sure things are lined up and locked in, it's usually OK. I have an iPhone 15 with a thin silicone case. Both the magnetic mount and the clamp work with the phone in the case, but I feel like the clamp is a bit more secure. If I had my phone out of a case, the magnetic mount would be my choice. This kit includes a light that I haven't used yet, but love having for low-light conditions. I use a wireless mic when recording and it has a long range. If I connect the receiver for that mic into my phone which is in the gimbal used as a tripod it works well and the additional weight of the receiver doesn't seem to affect the ability of the gimbal to move in a 360-degree rotation or other directions. Getting this on sale, I'm very happy. I think it's a lot of tech for a highly-portable (or not) device. The only thing I wish was better is the learning curve to use it. I think that's a little steep, but that could just be me. Watch the tutorial videos, download the app, pair your device, and you'll be creating in no time! NOTE: You may want to consider getting the Insta360 Flow 2 case accessory (sold separately) for your gimbal. It's about twenty-five and well worth it for organizing and protecting your gimbal.

This gimbal is incredible and the app is a perfect complement to the hardware. I’m loving the AI features and gesture controls. Time lapse capabilities are next level and for the money this gimbal has few real contenders in terms of on the go functionality. The built in tripod is a game changer in terms of portability and its compact size is small enough to fit in my pocket. The battery life seems to be pretty good, but if you plug your phone in with it, don’t expect it to last very long. I’ve been using the gimbal with the DJI wireless mics connected to my phone and it works great. I chose the Flow Pro specifically for the 360 degree capability as well as the magnetic phone mount and built in tripod and I’m so impressed with how often I find myself using the gimbal. My previous gimbals always required tricky clamps and separate tripod feet that made them a bear to take with me on trips and hikes. With the Flow 2 Pro, it goes together with a quick click of the magnets and flip the arm over to start shooting. The app automatically detects the gimbal and immediately starts up the camera with a single tap. The mount is very sturdy on my Peak Design case and the mounting plate adds negligible bulk to my phone, allowing me to keep it installed and in my pocket between shoots. If I ever break or lose this gimbal, you can be sure that I’ll be picking up another Insta360 Flow Pro without hesitation, it’s that good. If you enjoy shooting video or Timelapse with gimbals, you owe it to yourself to try out a Flow 2 Pro, you might just find yourself reaching for it before your other tools or gimbals because of how easy it is to use and how compact it is to carry, I know I do.

The Insta360 Flow 2 Pro Creator Bundle (Grey) is the first phone gimbal I’ve used that feels genuinely effortless to bring everywhere and actually improves my footage every time. It folds down compact, sets up fast, and the stabilization is ridiculously smooth—walking shots, panning, and quick moves all come out clean and “pro” looking. The AI tracking + 360º pan tracking is the star. It locks on confidently and stays with you without constantly drifting or losing the subject. The Free Tilt Mode is also a big deal if you shoot dynamic angles—tilts feel natural instead of fighting the gimbal. For creators, the Apple DockKit support is clutch because it plays nicely with the iPhone camera experience instead of feeling like a workaround. The built-in tripod + selfie stick makes it a true all-in-one tool, and the Creator Bundle extras are actually useful: the Spotlight is bright enough to save indoor shots or evening clips, and MagSafe makes mounting quick and secure (no fumbling with clamps). The product is great! I looked up some videos on YouTube to help me understand the buttons. It will get used to using since it has so many settings but does what I need it to do. The tri-pod holds everything up the way it is supposed to! It’s not heavy at all and worth every penny!

Works good, but no quick movements. Also 360 stops working if it senses any movement which kinda sucks because I tried to use it at the aquarium and the reflection of the water kept messing up the image. Takes some learning to know and remember which button does what because each button had about 3 functions depending on how many clicks. Decent quality, very durable, selfie stick is shorter than I was hoping but still works good. The app has no zoom so you get one view and you have to either move closer or further. It does work with your phone camera as well. For the price I would say it was close to being worth it, I would have paid around $100 for this item if I had to put a value to it. It is easy to use once you get the hang of it. Pretty portable, has a carrying pouch, I fit it into my fanny pack for easy transportation, it is slightly heavier. And killed my phone battery FAST like an hour or 2.

I love this setup. The tracking works really well and it’s super convenient for filming, especially if you’re solo. It’s lightweight, easy to carry, and quick to set up, which makes a big difference when you’re trying to capture content on the fly. The only downside for me is the tripod legs. They feel a little flimsy, especially if you’re using it on uneven surfaces or extending it fully. It hasn’t failed, but it doesn’t feel as solid as the rest of the build. Overall, still a solid 5-star product for what it does. Just something to be aware of if stability is a big deal for you.

This was a great product at start, here we are 3 months later, barely put it to use and it doesn't track what so ever, complete waste of money as technical support is only stating possible settings need to be adjusted when they were already set in place for tracking to work, screen recording sent and more. It's constantly disconnecting on its own as well. Now I cannot return it. Bummer.

Excellent gimbal. It takes a bit of practice to master the more advanced features and remember all the options available on the controls. (Thumbstick in the center and a control ring with up, down, left, and right clicks and double-clicks, plus an outer ring for zoom, plus a touch control border, plus a trigger!) Its only weakness is object tracking, but that's being really nit-picky. It tracks people very well All-around superb product with all promised functionality. Beautiful design, good battery life, and it holds my iPhone 16 Pro without issue. The camera app is quite nice, but it will also work with pretty much any other camera app since it has Apple Dock Kit compatibility.

I looked at ALL of the competitor's Gimbals in this price range and some that were even much more expensive. This thing WINS HANDS DOWN! I was skeptical as many sources say the tracking won't work with Android phones and to a degree, that is partially true for the regular version but not with the AI Tracker Bundle(AI tracker can also be purchased separately). The "AI Tracker Version" works JUST FINE on my Android and tracking is fast, responsive and reliable. Tracking functions are also available using the S20+ built-in Camera app(which is the best because it is the ONLY app for this phone that will do 4k/60fps and even up to 8k/24fps). I use Discord App for most all of my video conferencing and with the AI tracker module it tracks within Discord during video calls just fine! I have yet to try it with Facebook Messenger,Zoom or Skype etc. but it should work exactly the same way as with Discord which is also a 3rd party app. The Insta360 APP for advanced tracking features and recording special effects is the way to go if you are a content creator and once you get used to the app it is amazing. However, on my phone (Samsung S20+), the Insta360 App will NOT utilize 4k/60fps(4k/30fps max) but it's not a deal breaker. (I use Samsung's built-in Camera App for those frame-rates/resolution as stated above) I can always do other special FX/filters etc. "in post". Insta360 has a compatibility chart of all Android and iPhone models that will show which phones have what capabilities in terms of special functions, resolutions/frame-rates etc. that the Insta360 App can utilize. It's worth a quick google search if interested. As far as WHY I chose this over even more expensive or trusted brands? 1. IT IS THE ONLY smartphone gimbal available on the market today that will do FULL 360° PANNING INFINITELY in both directions! You can run circles around this thing as many times until you get tired and it will keep following you! 2. It is the ONLY smartphone gimbal that has what they call "Free Tilt Mode" which allows you to do "Crane Shots" using a smartphone. Truly brilliant! Kudos to the engineers at Insta360 for coming up with this idea! Watch for other brands to copy this simple but genius function in newer models next year! (Google "Flow 2 Pro Free Tilt") 3. A whole host of other things regarding their App/Special FX etc. I have a feeling Insta360 Flow 2 Pro is going to blow the competition out of the water this year for these reasons alone not to mention it is feels great in the hand, built quality is solid and the price. Wow! I absolutely LOVE IT! I suggest anyone who is looking for a smartphone gimbal to just spend some time Youtube-ing this thing before you make your own decision. There are plenty of "comparison videos" out there to help you decide but I'm sure you will be sold on THIS BRAND/MODEL like I was! (Note: The AI Tracker Unit can be purchased separately if only the Standard Version is available) ALSO! I purchased the "DJI Mic Mini" (1Tx + 1Rx version) SPECIFICALLY for use with this gimbal and it works JUST FINE with the Insta360 Flow 2 Pro! Don't fall for the gimic/misconception that the DJI Mic Mini ONLY works with the DJI brand! The Mic Mini Receiver simply plugs into the USB port on my phone and all I do is slide the gimbal's clamp up a bit to not only prevent it from hitting the gimbal arm but also to help offset/re-balance the phone while it is on the gimbal. Another note, if using the Mic Mini for video conferencing you MUST pair a set of bluetooth earbuds as the speaker on my S20+ would NOT work(could not hear others on a call). I think this is simply to eliminate an audio "feedback loop" and was probably done intentionally by design. Hope that helps! Happy Gimballing! :)

I’ve been using it for a while and I genuinely like it how versatile it is. Also it comes with a generous amount of accessories included in the bundle which are quite helpful and I highly recommend the Creator Bundle for iPhone users as it comes with a MagSafe connector which saves heaps of time from adjusting the position.
