This is a good panel to keep my suv battery topped off when the dashcam and other parasitic drains otherwise kill it. I added some industrial magnets and it stays out on my vehicle roof. Waterproof and I like that it has a AGM setting which is a slightly higher voltage. Also this one has a controller that is entirely powered by the Sun, it does not drain your battery when it's dark out

I drive so infrequently that my car battery often looses it's charge, especially during the winter. The electrical outlet for my parking space is turned off by the apartment building's management from April thru October so I needed a non-electrical solution. This unit works to keep the battery topped up. It's been working even though the weather has been cloudy and raining for the last two and a half weeks.

Works great! My husband uses this to charge his boat trolling motor and has had no trouble with it.

Been using this for several months now keep the battery charged like needs to be it’s not a constant trental trickle charger but I have checked it on several occasions on very sunny days. It does get the battery back to full and then maintains it will update further as months go by.
