I was upgrading from a custom Gaming PC Build from 2017 that didn't support Win 11. I decided to go pre-built this time, just to save some cash and some headaches. Build quality is phenomenal (already opened it up and installed a new NVME) and I've had literally zero crashes or headaches for nearly a year. Computer gets heavy daily use as a coding workstation, gaming PC, and DAW/Audio Production as well as general computing (browsing, document editing, etc) Performs admirably, runs all the games you'd expect it to run. Just remember the hardware isn't top of the line so you might run into a bit of issues running brand new top of the line games at full spec. Keyboard it comes with is fine but unremarkable, I replaced it with a mech. Surprisingly great mouse comes with it (used it to replace the gaming mouse I used to use) All in all a great purchase for the price

This piece of garbage doesn't function properly right out of the box. MSI wants me to pay for the fix, my Asurion protection plan denied my claim and it's outside the return window. Thanks Amazon!

My last MSI died after almost 8-9 years so I came back to get another! It's fast to boot up and looks beautiful! I have not tried games on it yet but I believe it will run even better than my last one. The case is actually pretty easy to open up on the side where you can see the light and fan so it's pretty fast to make modifications. It's not too loud and runs pretty smooth doing everyday work on it. All in all it's a very nice desktop for what I use it for.

Product came a day early and packaging was fine. I'm not a tech savvy guy but am I wrong to assume the desktop is not plug and play of course there is the initial setup from a single page (IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BEFORE TURNING ON THE DESKTOP) Which I did and followed the 3 simple steps but desktop does not turn on. That is the main problem with Product it does not power on, more than likely something wrong with power supply. I will take the product/desktop to a tech savvy friend before doing anything else such as returning.

FAIR WARNING!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS COMPUTER! IT WOULD NOT POWER ON!!! WARNING! I set everything up correctly, toggled on the main power toggle, then hit the power button on top, and absolutely nothing!!! Fair warning, do NOT PURCHASE THIS COMPUTER!
