These are not the cheap carbon panels widely available on . These are resin infused for a high carbon to resin ratio, maximizing strength to weight while keeping cosmetics high as well. One side is glossy and the other is peel ply textured for the best bonding surface. We proudly make these panels in the USA. Fibers used are 3K 2x2 Twill Toray T300 and Hyosung H2550 12K. Resin is PRO-SET INF-114 INFUSION EPOXY post cured at 200F for 4 hours.

I imagine your average customer for these types of products on Amazon aren't even aware that the vast majority of what is sold as carbon fiber is not actually carbon fiber.for the RC hobbyist, a carbon fiber veneer over some other type of composite is sufficient and therefore they would likely never know the difference.I found myself needing a quick solution for off the shelf panels of CF for rapid prototyping.After searching several sources and contacting several of the suppliers of carbon fiber panels on Amazon, I found C6 to be the only supplier that seem to have any actual knowledge of what a real carbon fiber panel consists of.Quick communication and everything came exactly as I had expected.Our process entails Machining into the panels and everything with this particular panel seems to be exactly as advertised.thanks again, will definitely look towards you should this immediate needs arise in the future, which I'm sure it will.
