Good sub
These subwoofers are designed for a very thin baffle, if you put them in an 18mm baffle you block the vent holes around the side of the basket which leads to the subwoofer farting and distorting, I routed out most of the baffle at the back in between the fixing holes, it sounds fantastic for the size, I think it's to replace factory subwoofers that are mounted in metal or abs plastic. I wonder how many they get returned, I've seen two bad reviews, user error I'm afraid.
