Portioned out packets are so much easier for travel. Flavorless and mixes easily in anything hot or cold. The big bottles are fine for at home but I don’t need everyone I visit knowing I’ve got bowel issues.

Great easy to consume flavorless soluble powder works gently to cure occasional constipation , no cramps.Good for home or travel.

Does not take up space, I take a couple packets with me even on short weekend trips.

The single packs are great for travel. I just wish that the packages were a smaller. They don't need to be as large as they are.

Usually I buy the plastic containers with the safety top, but I’ve found they often get you stopped at airports (shocking, I know). These are perfect because you can just toss a few into your bag and stay regular on the go. I’ve found them to be just as effective.My one complaint is hope you open the individual packet. It isn’t just a perforated tear, you need to fold the packet over and then open. I’ve found that it doesn’t create the cleanest rip and it makes the powder hard to pour.

Recommended by my Doctor for relief of 'digestive issues', as a result of IBS-C. I try to consume a high fiber diet, but occasionally need a little extra help.....anyone with IBS-C will understand. He advised this product because it is a mild, yet effective treatment that can be taken daily if needed. Fortunately I do not need it that often, but it always 'does the trick' usually within 24 hours. The cost at my local pharmacy is higher than what I can purchase it for through Amazon. Always check with your doctor, for interactions with other medications you may be on. IBS is such an unpredictable condition, so I always try the have a couple of single dose packets with me when I'm away from home. It mixes easily with plain water, and the single dose packets are great.
