I am very pleased with the personalization of the item. It came in with no mistakes and it matched the picture perfectly. My daughter just adores her new backpack so much that she carries it around the house! Now my biggest complaint is the add on purchase of the bottle. I wanted it to match the backpack and it did not, also in the images of the water bottle it places the name of your choice across the cup as though you can have it personalized. It’s a metal container, but it cost 11.00 extra. When I received it, it was not personalized and I made a complaint. They got back to me and said the bottle cannot be personalized. The image is very misleading and they have since then said they would update their images. I still don’t see how the bottle is worth adding 11 dollars to your purchase since it’s not personalized and the top doesn’t stay closed.

Quality material, well made, LOVELY engraved and really nice design. My daughter is in 2nd grade and we thought it would be a little small to fit al her things, we were wrong. We also got the lunh box, very pleased with purchase.

I ordered this backpack for my granddaughter for her birthday. It came early and packaged well. I really liked the embroidered name. The font is really cute. The quality of the bag seems good. I really like the fact that it opens up to be wider at the bottom which will hold all of her items when she comes to spend the night at Grams & Gramps! The overall construction of the backpack seems to be made well. It has a separate zippered pocket on the front, as well as a separate pocket on the inside. Which will make it nice for separating different items. It offers two areas to hold water bottles, one on each side of the bag. There seems to be a nice selection of colors and styles too. Overall I'm very happy with the backpack. I will definitely be back to purchase more for my other grandchildren.

My 4-year-old son absolutely loves his bags. These shipped fast, came quickly, were packaged well, and are of great quality. He is super excited to not only start his VPK class, but to also use his other bag to tote his belongings around in (as kids have to haul all of their belongings around with them everywhere they go!). The netting on the side of the larger, green one is handy for his water bottle for school, and the multiple pockets are great for his folders and supplies. The larger, green bag is big enough to fit a full-sized folder for those concerned of size, and the inside, sewn-in name label is a brilliant add-on. I also like the small zipper pocket on top for a tiny trinket or house key. The smaller, blue bag has a magnetic clasp to close it over a drawstring-type closure which was very easy for him to pull closed, and it stayed closed. He loved the side zipper pocket with the fire-hydrant keychain-such a wonderful touch.Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase. Thank you very much for such excellent quality bags!

I use this backpack as a diaper bag. It's super cute! My little one is super needy, so I tend to pack this backpack with all kinds of stuff. It's a regular sized backpack, I do struggle fitting everything, but it's easier on my back then a regular diaper bag because of the weight. I'm sure once my little one is older he'll need less stuff. It's made very well.

I can't tell you enough how pleased I am with this backpack! We bought one locally and the embroidery turned out terribly. I was worried we wouldn't be able to get another in time for school, but this one arrived eleven days early! The backpack is made very well and the embroidery is perfect. I am very pleased with this purchase and will definitely shop here again!!!

Was looking at the kids pottery barn bags and was disappointed in the cost. Saw these ordered them got them quick and they are great and such a better price!!

Got these for my nieces. They are girly girls so the unicorn n rainbow themes in pinks&purples were just perfect.Embroidered names are great quality. Backpacks seem good quality n straps look comfortable.
