Extremely surprised! Started looking into supplements like this to help regulate my period and hormones. This was the first product I've tried and it's literally AMAZING! I've been on it for about a month now. I put a scoop in with my coffee in the morning and it wakes me up. I feel good throughout the day. The best part is, I started my period a day EARLY for the first time in a year. My skin has even started clearing up. The only disappointment was initially receiving the item, thinking it was a big container. It's pretty small, but you only need a little scoop once daily.

It comes in a pretty small container but it last for 30 days, recommendation it’s to take one serving a day, I think it’s pretty good for the price and the benefits it gives you 👍

I’m just so-so on this inositol supplement. I’ve seen at least one online health practitioner rave about inositol’s benefits for sleep, but it hasn’t done much for me, at least as far as STAYING asleep. Easy to mix in drinks, not gritty and no flavor

I just tried my first dose today and it beautifully dissolved in the water. I am glad to report that there was no after taste. I am hopeful for some noticeable change. I would prefer to purchase this on the regular compared to more expensive alternatives.

Does not dissolve in water. Probably going to switch to some type of capsule instead. Have to continue to mix while drinking or end up drinking a clump.

As a woman of a certain age, there comes a point where you have to take seriously things that will improve your mental and physical well-being. I believe that this inositol powder does this for me. I've taken it often on for the past few years, and I find that I have a preference for this loose powder version that I can scoop into a smoothie, or some yogurt. I know it's benefits are many, and at this stage in my life, I find my body to be responsive to it in the best way. I will continue to order and purchase. I can confidently recommend it.
