It burns!!
I have no sensitivity that I know of, and yet this feels like putting some sort of chili powder or 'Deep Heat' on your private parts. It's really weird and not pleasant. My other half feels the same. I was looking for an organic, conception-friendly, paraben-and-other-nasties-free lubricant. This one seemed ideal. It's not. I have never had any sensation from lubricants in the past, and will be looking for something else next time.

Perfect lubricant and easy entry, makes everything alot less awkward. Trying for a baby for awhile and looking for something to help and take some of the pressure off.I never leave a review on anything I buy off amazon but hey I need to write a perfect review as we expecting a baby in Feb 2020.10/10 amazing, highly recommended
