Different pregnancy tests on the market do have different levels of sensitivity. So, if one tests with more than one brand and the other brand is less sensitive (needs higher hormone level in the urine), then one can have a positive with this product and a negative with the less sensitive brand. Most of the times when a sensitive test gives a positive result, which is later followed by a menstrual period, it is not a false positive, but one has experienced a very early miscarriage. It is estimated that about 50% of the fertilized eggs (embryos) do not make it to a successful pregnancy (there are clinical publications on this if you search PubMed). Some of the embryos do implant and secrete low levels of pregnancy hormone (hCG) that these tests detect. However, due to, most likely, genetic abnormalities, these embryos stop developing/growing, stop secreting hCG and hormone (hCG) levels drop, which is followed by the uterus lining shedding along with the embryo. Therefore, when one tests early, one should be ready to accept seeing a very early miscarriage that otherwise would have been undetected.

I haven't had any issues with the test accuracy but I did have 1 dud in the box. No lines showed for the dud. It was well past the return/issue time frame so I chalked it up to bad luck. This hasn't changed my mind about the tests and I would buy them again. Good value especially if you're testing each month.

Very upsetting. Got 2 false positive lines on two tests. They both stayed on there about 9 minutes, and when i went to look back, they had had vanished. Sadly enough, found out im not pregnant this month. Not buying these tests again.

THE ONLY TEST THAT CONSTANTLY WORKS! IT'S WORTH YOUR MONEY!We have been trying to have a child for a long time and just underwent our first round of intensive fertility treatments! Against all odds, I'm pregnant! And this brand told me FIRST. I tried the internet cheapies but those barely had any result at all. They also didn't really darken like I wanted day to day. I was hoping to use cheapies to see my HCG level rise and rise (indicating a good healthy pregnancy) but no other brand worked like this one! THANK YOU!!!

I received this order yesterday and I say don't waste your money! First off it was shipped over and over to the wrong address. When I finally got them I used one and nothing happened, I checked the box and tried it again and nothing. By the 5th test of NONE of them working I tossed the box.

These worked a full week before my expected period. I even bought clear blue digital to confirm & it was positive. Definitely a great buy for the price!

Really informative directions, takes up to five minutes to get a result, but early detection isn’t really accurate. They are made to take on the day of your missed period.
