Is this the same tea as the classic blend?

Not sure there is a difference, but this is a good English black tea!

Are these bags round?

I think they are round. Please check the description from the seller or the manufacturer.

How many grams are in each tea bag? And would you say it is stronger than Typhoo tea, or about the same?

I don't know of Typhoo tea, but Tetley is strong enough for a two cup teapot using only one bag. Been using Tetley for years but have no idea how many grams are in a bag.
