Works wonders! I looked at a lot of different versions of these roller ball massagers, and opted to get this one because it was cheaper than most. It works great! A tad bit noisy, but still love.

The ball doesn't always roll when using, but it still slides across the skin. Overall, I like the product and is probably the best thing I have found so far to massage the knots at my scapular region. I have used it dry and with oil, but don't notice a difference between the two.

It does not stay in place on a painted surface if you try to use it on back muscles. You'll need assistance from someone to massage your back. I was sold on it when I tried it on a textured wallpaper surface and it stayed in place with the pressure of my body against it. There it worked great without assistance to go deep into muscle tissue behind my shoulder blades! No luck at home on a painted wall.

After a knee injury I had some issues with muscle tightness and loss of muscle tone. My physical therapist recommended this for pain relief and to help loosen my muscles up at home. It has worked perfectly and even with light pressure relieves the pain and tightness quickly. The fact you hold it means you can adjust the pressure and speed at which you massage the muscles. It’s built sturdy and rolls easily. Definitely recommend this product for pain relief in tense muscles!

Have only used a couple of times and am liking it. Purchased for use on my partners neck and he wants a couple more (one to keep in the car and one for the overnight bag)

Smaller than expected and not as easy to use by yourself. I wish I had spent a little more for the one that can suction to the wall.

Unrealistic to expect great things from this attractive little ball, but it punches at least to its weight. All the bits I can reach benefit from it; one really needs a willing slave to deal with the rest. I like it.
