This product works better for me that all the B-Complex vitamins I have tried. I can now get through a day without a power nap and I know that I am absorbing it better by not obviously expelling it in Urine.

I have a deficiency in B vitamins due to being a vegetarian. This provides a good amount of nutrients. I like that they are methylated as my body has a hard time absorbing B9 and B12.

This is the best Methylated B complex I have found. I like that it has all 3 - forms of B12 and the B6 is in the P-5-P form and folate instead of folic acid is so important. If you have genetic polymorphisms or you don’t everyone’s body will absorb in these forms. Thanks for making a great product. We also sue the sublingual drops with folate and B12 and they are also great.

Not sure how well these work, but the box had an empty candy wrapper stuck to it so I’m sorta scratching my head at quality control. The box and bottle were sealed but come on, a candy wrapper?? Really??
