Textures are not great
I really wanted to like these, but they aren't great. Not bad, just not very good. The mochi is extremely thin and the texture is tough and rubbery instead of soft and pillowy as it should be. The ice cream seems like it's full of stabilizers, almost chalky. I won't be buying these again.
