Mosquitos are gone!
I sprayed once and haven't seen the mosquitos since. The wind changed direction and I was caught in a cloud. That was rough. Eyes burnt and chest hurt, but not the fogger's fault. It makes a huge cloud and kinda fogs the neighbors too, so don't spray when they are out! The spark ignition made spark, but it was hard to tell if it was lit. I ended up using a lighter.

works as instructions indicate
the fogger starts effortlessly, and if you follow the directions, it works exactly as stated. The only deviation I found was the need to pull the pump trigger a couple times each time I wanted a full stream of fog. The fog does a great job of penetrating dense foliage, but it is a very fine mist and subject to the slightest bit of a breeze. Any air movement will cause the fog to break into streams and rise skyward, pretty much eliminating any good effects. If used in a still environment, it will stream out about ten yards before dissipating, and thoroughly wind it's way through leaves, branches and grasses. My only complaint is that it did not completely eliminate the mosquitos in the application area, but it did knock down the number of skeeters considerably.

Great for wasps nesting under decks
I have extensive decking that is about 18 inches off the ground. Wasps have built extensive nests onto the underside of the deck. For years these things have created a real ( and often painful) nuisance that I have never been able to le to get rid of…until now. Three treatments with the fogger over48 hours has all but eliminated the issue. I was thinking that I would perhaps have to “tent” the deck for use with the fogger, but nope, I just fogged the underside of the deck from the edge of the deck and all was good… no more wasps.

Highly recommend.
It works great when we are having our pool parties to keep mosquitoes at bay. Typically will fog the entire yard about 20 min before people come, do a second hit right before and we can go hours without issues. Realistically the second pass is probably overkill. I'm allergic to the mosquito bites so having a good tool has been amazing!

Did not keep the bugs away.
Got the fogger after seeing reviews on them and seemly overall positive. I thought that it would be perfect for my yard and mainly around the fire pit area so we can enjoy the summer evenings around the fire without the small vampire like blood suckers. Watched several videos on people using it and ordered it on Amazon. Showed up in 2 days (Go Amazon Prime ). On my way home from work .y package was waiting for my arrival so I stopped at my local Lowe's to pick up the fogging solution for this style fogger. Well to my disappointment my Lowe's carried none of the fogging solutions and the fogger itself 🤷. Looked on line and my local Home depot has plenty in stock. Go Home Depot. Get home and open my chemical warfare weapon for mosquitos. Looked it over and read the instructions, then took it out side to use it. Filled the tank and attached a propane tank to it and ignited the burner on it. Waited 5 min or so till it was nice and hot. Went into my yard with masl on and started to use the fogger with my hopes of measuring all the little blood suckers. The fog was nice and dense and seemed to spread well. I proceeded to cover all over the area of my fire pit and beyond. I probably used way more than I needed to but overkill and a very underrated achievement. Left the area for 2 hrs and took my kids swimming. We came back about an hour before sunset and I decided to for everything again. This time there was no holding back. I fogged so much that it made Chernobyl look like a joke. I can't see how any mosquitos would have survived. A few times I noticed the flame when out and I had to re start it up. But I was able to really cover the area with thick dence chemical warfare. Went inside and waited for the for to disappear about 35-45 min total before I came back out to start the fire. Got the fire going and family came out side. Well within minutes my son was freaking out because he was getting bitten and then my daughter as well. A few started to bother the wife and I and it only got worse. To the point where we left the fire and went back inside. I looked at the directions again and I did everything correctly. So I'm disappointed. Going to try it again In a few days

Black Flag Propabe Fogger vs Burgess Propane Fogger
I've used this Black Flag propane fogger for a month, fighting a biting midge (noseeum) infestation in the ~1200 sqft vented crawl space of my home. Most days I fogged midday while they were dorment, and again at dusk when they were active. It has beaten them down, but not eradicated them. However, I really like the product. It is super easy to use and works reliably. But for my application, I believe its fog output is inadequate in both quantity and force of spray.I have been spraying it into every vent around the perimeter, but I don't think it has been outputting enough fog forcefully enough to reach the center of the space and everywhere else it needs to go to get every midge. Also, it has been taking me over an hour to fog the whole perimeter. So, I bought this one from Burgess:Professional-grade propane fogger kills and repels mosquitoes, biting flies, and other flying insects for up to 6 hours. You don't want to miss it!https://a.co/d/aeSzL2BI LIKE IT MUCH BETTER!It seems to put out three or more times as much fog, and MUCH more forcefully, too. I literally can fog the space in 1/3rd the time, or fog it three times in the time it took me to fog it once with the Black Flag propane fogger!Time will tell if I now can completely eradicate the infestation. I'll update this review if not. If I don't update before Aug 1, 2025 the bastards are gone. All that said, if you need a compact, well made relilable, easy to use fogger for your back yard picnic/bbq grill area, only on Sunday BBQ days, the Black Flag unit would probably be fine. It would also use less insecticide solution and propane, and that ain't nothin' because both are quite expensive.
