Excellent product. No negative side effects and it seems to be effective. It's not taken as a single product so it does seen to complement the vitamins. Added to the vitamins, it seems to start the day a little better than before.

This supplement has been a life saver for me. I suffer from RA and have lots of joint pain and as soon as I started taking this the pain was almost completely gone. I have a physically demanding job so I still get a dull ache by the end of my shift but not the throbbing pain I had before.

I started taking these supplements 02-01. At first I took one in the morning and one at night because it's something new and I didn't want to overwhelm my system. After a few days I started taking them 2 at a time as per serving size. At first everything was fine but I started getting irritable and frustrated. I was able to manage that for a while but then I started avoiding my family, not saying I love you back, not wanting to be touched. I was internally shutting down and hating the person I suddenly was. I knew something was wrong and 02-13 I stopped using this supplement as it was the only new thing in my life.Today, 02-15, I feel SOOO much better, so much more myself. I would have to say that the supplements are probably of good quality to have affected me so much and so fast - they're just not the right thing for me personally.Always pay attention to YOU when you start a new medication or supplement.

Love it! I'm familiar with all of the ingredients individually and own most of them, but having everything all in 2 pills is perfect and stress free and great when your on the go. It had an added benefit I wasn't expecting. So, I am a type 2 diabetic and I control and maintain a blood sugar under 130 with proper food consumption. I noticed that whole taking this I had a little wiggle room. Instead of my blood sugar spiking the 40 carb allotment for the meal. It didn't spike but about 10 points which is freaking amazing. As always, please monitor your blood sugar when making changes to your diet and make sure your not negatively Ffected by any product, but this was perfect for me.

I use this product on a regular basis. It has truly helped me. I feel more energetic, my health problems and pain have stopped. I’m 75 years old and would definitely recommend this product. This is MY OPINION because I have been taking this product for several weeks.
