★☆☆☆☆ Bought this Aquaguard Ritz Pro because it advertised "2 year filter life" and came with a 2-year warranty. Unfortunately, within about 11 months, the RO membrane failed. What disappointed me most was the service. My complaint was registered on 6 June, the technician ordered the spare part, and even after multiple follow-ups and escalations, the issue remained unresolved for many days. Customer care even promised resolution within 24 hours, but that commitment was not met. Buyers should clearly understand that the 2-year warranty mainly covers electrical components and not the RO membrane. I purchased the product believing the advertised 2-year filter life would provide peace of mind, but my experience has been very different. The purifier itself may be good, but after-sales service and warranty support have been extremely disappointing.

Really disappointed in buying this RO. We thought Aquaguard purifier is best for RO purifier over the years. We purchased on 18th March. The product which we received itself was a faulty one and we didn't know that until 2 weeks as water TDS raised above 170. Output Water tds should be within 80 as per our area water. But during installation, water output TDS was around 140 and the technician said water is safe to use now and make sure it doesn't go above 150. See the difference between 80 and 140. We've been drinking that water for a month which is not safe at all. Next worst is customer service. Raised a compliant on 18th April. Technician came, told filters need to be replaced and it is free because of warranty. But our question was, it's just been a month and how can the filters go wrong. So we asked for replacement. But till now no proper resolution is given, no replacement, no filter change, no proper response from service team. We are again drinking 20L can water. I have a 2 yr old kid and 6 months old baby and I've been giving this unsafe water to my babies as well unknowingly. Please don't buy anything from Eureka forbes, especially on online sites. Amazon also should take equal responsibility for this.

It's been good so far
