At first when I tried this product I felt extremely hungry, because I was not taking it exactly an hour beofre I ate with 8 ounces of water like it suggested. I ordered the liquid hoodia by the way, because I am not a fan of taking pills since I already have enough in my daily regimen. Anyways a little over a week after taking the liquid I noticed on Day 10 I took 1/4 a teaspoon and actually measured it before I rook it and had exactly 8 ounces of water it really did get rid of the hunger for that hour before I ate breakfat. I actually had to remind myself to eat. I am going to try taking it an hour before breakfast, lunch, and dinner as directed and hopefully it continues to work, because for the first nine days I must not have been drinking enough water with the product so I was hungrier and eating everything in sight. Will update you, I need this product cause I need to cut down on eating too many carbs especially the ones that are quick to turn into sugar.

I had high hopes for this product. Heard so much good stuff about hoodia. But this sad to say, did nothing. And it tasted like pure alcohol with grass in it! Had to drink something with a lot of flavor to it while taking it.

I bought this through iHerb.com but since i'm such a frequent user of Amazon, I thought i'd pass on my review.Hoodia is amazing! I got it to supplement my Super cleanse and help with hunger and it does just that, suppresses your appetite. It comes in an alcohol based extract and peppermint oil for taste. I just add about half a dropperful to a glass of water and gulp it down. it tastes great and is cheaper than most bottles of pills, although I can't back that up too much since i haven't done the math. But this bottle is approximately 29 servings. If used 3 times a day, then that's good for about 10 days, which is exactly the length of my Super Cleanse Fast.

works pretty well for me. The company should put this in a plastic bottle and forget the glass.

So far I'm quite happy with this, I use the 1/4 tsp. dose and it works well enough. You don't even have to take it an hour before a meal. I take it even after a meal and it still works. Just be sure you do use 8 oz. of water, any less and the stuff tastes bitter.
