Have tried a few brands but with this one I can actually feel the difference

Used this for quite a few months and felt a distinct benefit in terms of brain function, including memory and focus. I potentially have fibromyalgia and this helped lift brain fog and confusion. I stopped taking it after a while as I read that one should take if for prolonged periods, but I will research further and repurchase when the time is right.

I didn't feel any material difference to fatigue levels with these, after trying them for 4 months. Would not recommend supplementing PQQ based on my experience.

PQQ stimulates mitochondrial biogenesis
Mitochondria are the energy power houses of our cells; they are the site where most of our energy is made. PQQ is one of the very few supplements that can actually cause our mitochondria to multiply. Consequently, with increased number of mitochondria one would have increased number of ATP produced to make energy. Good to supplement for muscle protein synthesis or to counter fatigue. For normal use take 20 mg every other day. Too boost muscle gain take 40 mg immediately with meal after heavy exercise (do not consume 40 mg more than twice a week).
