I'm old, with a pretty simple income situation, and I live in a state with no state income tax, so I can get through my taxes with Turbo Tax in a single afternoon. And the direct download is much quicker and simpler than waiting for a CD in the mail.

Tried for a long time and never figured out how to get into the file I paid for. Following directions, I could only get to the company site that wanted $5 more dollars and then $52 more dollars. At the beginning of my order I agreed that there would be "on refunds and no returns." Consequently, I lost $49.99. I may be blow average intelligence and couldn't quite grasp the process required to do my taxes through this method. At any rate it was an expensive lesson.
