Jean Paul Gaultier Kokorico Eau De Toilette Spray for Men, 1.6 Ounce

When first researching the unique blend of fragrances of this cologne I was skepticle. I wasn't sure if this would smell like something a young guy in his mid 20s would ware. Sure enough it smells fantastic, the scent of youthful safistication, far from smelling like cheep juice. The scent of cocoa is prominent but not nosiating. The Cocoa blends just right with the Patchouli and Cedar. This fragrance has a vintage character to it but a nice smelling vintage. On me it lasts a good 12 to 18 hours, a little goes a long way guys. I recommend e this be worn day time, in the fall and winter months, women dig this scent.

I head about this perfume from my brother in law in Gabon. He said, << jean Paul goutier >> has a new perfume it so called Kokorico, and then my wife told about it. I decided to go on Amazone, and I find this perfume. It is smells so nice, strong, it is can on you all day and every where you will go. You are going to have some compliment, people are going to asked you what are you wear? So I love this product and I definitely recommend this product to everyone.

My husband wears this. We bought it at the duty free shop after a trip. People actually stop him and compliment how good he smells. I've had a hard time finging it and Amazon was my only success. Thank You Amazon.

I like the fragrance, glad I found it again. it was little expensive though and according to the picture advertised I didn't get the lotion with it.

There has been some negative chatter regarding Jean Paul Gaultier's, Kokorico. It is certainly different, but a good different that deserves an opportunity. Today was my first opportunity to try this fragrance - while not my typical fragrance (I am drawn more to the aquatic and citrus blends), I find it appealing and sufficiently unique to portray a message, "it is good to be different"... Out of the bottle, I get the burst of cacao notes that settles into a pleasant blend of patchouli, vetiver, and "woodsy" notes. It leaves curiosity, "gee, what is that smell?" to the user and those who "float across the wake" of Kokorico. Additionally, I would make a pitch that Kokorico would be an acceptable feminine fragrance - almost Thierry Mugler Angle like... With my body chemistry, Kokorico offers moderate longevity and moderate, borderline weak, projection/sillage. As previously noted, today is my first real experience with Kokorico. That said, there is no "Wow Factor" to note, but the juice has the potential of getting that special attention, "you smell great, what is that fragrance you are wearing?". Given the uniqueness of the fragrance, the versatility may be limited - I would suggest Fall and Winter as opportune times, and perhaps evening wear. The bottle is truly a piece of art - one of the "coolest" in my collection of nearly 500 (and growing). The packaging is also first class - job well done Jean Paul Gaultier. The true beauty of Kokorico is the price/value. A quick check on-line shows that large bottles are selling for under $30 USD - a "steal of a deal".. The uniqueness of the fragrance, design of the bottle, and coupled with outstanding deal, Kokorico deserves a shot. The bigger message - it is OK to be different - it is what makes the "world go around". If the longevity and projection/sillage were greater, this would be a first class fragrance. All things considered, I still highly recommend adding to your collection. Total evaluation of Kokorico is 4 stars out of 5 stars. Daily I.M - "Try something new, you may like it..."

Not for the shy, it makes a strong presence but not loud at all. It's "delicious" smelling, like a heavy heavy dessert. A little goes a long way but doesn't stuck around too long for me. Still I like it a lot because of it's uniqueness.

For anyone looking for a great fragrance for a night out or a nice evening meal, this is well worth considering. Warm, woody, spicy scent. Arrived in a nicely presented tin, although the bottle itself isn’t the nicest.

HiEin wirklich angenehmer Duft. Hält lange und man wird fter darauf angesprochen. Ich werde es mir nochmal kaufen. Die Verpackung ist auch schön. Kommt in einer großen Dose. Sehr schick.
