If your cat is a runner, buy this now. We have a hefty orange cat who wants OUT if you even think about looking at the door. He can’t climb or tear at this net and it is very secure on the wall. He knows if the net is closed, Che can’t get out and won’t even try. Easy to install and good quality. The locking feature confuses the kids so we don’t use it. Which could be a benefit if you want to keep kids out too…

First one arrived bent but returned and reordered. Works great. Latches have two ways to be mounted and one way did not work where I wanted to mount it. Changed my plan and very easy to use.

I used this to block pets from entering kids bedroom. Now, they no longer have to keep their doors shut to keep them out.

I'm sure this works fine for dogs, but the gaps are too big & my kitten could easily get through. Even when I covered those with furniture she would just crawl under. I took it down to return and the adhesive from the brackets tore the paint off my walls. One of the worst Amazon experiences I've ever had.
