It is the second time I bought it because compared to other products I had already taken, this worked for me. It gives me energy, does not give a tingling sensation in the skin and the taste is very acceptable. I recommend it!! The shipment was fast. I bought it and shotgun 5x.. like pre and post workout are working very well.

Pair this with VPX Shotgun and you've got the most complete pre/post workout supplement I've found. I consistently build muscle and lose fat and although diet is imminently important your pre and post workout have a huge impact. For example this has essential and branch chain aminos, buffered creatine and the optimal amount of leucine to trigger an insulin response without the need for excess sugar. That insulin response is literally more anabolic than steroids. My girlfriend uses this too in an effort to keep lean and she loves it.

Have been using this product for a couple years mainly on leg days as these are my most intense training days. I add a scoop to my protein shake and drink it 20mns before I am finished working out. The recovery is incredible. I have no muscle soreness or DOMS that I usually get from some of my high intense exercises. I can't go without it on intense training days...it is my savior! I find it works best for me when I take it towards the end of my workout (like 2/3 into it) and no right after I am done. Amazing product and highly recommend it!I also take Fast 5 from VPX too (special BCAAs) that I sip through my workout and the combo of the two is just incredible.

The image used in the product description, the very oldest version of Synthesize, is not what was delivered. What was delivered is the very newest version of Synthesize, which comes in a white container, is only 0.83 lbs (378 g), and contains only 20 servings. Had I known this, I would've ordered it via Bang Energy's own website, where it is less expensive when purchased on sale. I consider this deceptive advertising. Every attempt should be made to ensure the image on the product page matches the current inventory.

This is just a nice, kool-aid-like protein and creatine supplement that you can easily drink during or after your workout. I like the fact that it does not have any stimulants (if you want a stimulant version of it, you can try NO Shotgun - way too stimulating for me, although you definitely feel the effects of NO Shotgun, and it will give you great workouts . . . if you don't have a heart attack first). As for the effectiveness of NO Synthesize . . . well . . . it's hard to say. I've been drinking and eating so much protein for so many years, much of which has a bit of creatine included for good measure, that's it's really tough to tell which product is having an effect on me. I guess you'll just have to try NO Synthesize for yourself to see if it works for your body. Just know that NO Synthesize really tastes much, much better than any other fruit flavored supplements that I've tried over the past 27 years of working out. I say it's less filling because it's a fruit drink with the consistency of water, not a thick shake. I love the Grape Bubble Gum; the Watermelon flavor is pretty good, too. Just stay away from Exotic Fruit -- it's absolutely disgusting in my opinion. Don't be scared off by the only other Amazon review of this product; just try the product for yourself; I'm sure you'll like it despite its "juvenile" flavors (it's a very odd rant, eh?).

I am actually working on my abs so i think its good for pre and post work outs. The only annoying thing is that my right eyelid tingles, just within two days or taking it. Although its written on the container that you may experience tingling but it was not stated if its a good, fair or bad thing to experience and if i should discontinue it.

This is my go-to preworkout especially for later evening training sessions. The grape flavor is amazing.

Used this stuff for years. Good product. You will see a difference in your body if you take it daily and don't miss a single workout. Problem is, most guys don't know how to use it. They think they are gonna blow up if they take this daily and hit the gym a few times. Don't be dumb. You actually have to work out. Daily.Take it daily. Work out daily. You will see something after a few weeks.
