Can it be used as a bath panel?

I wouldn't use it as a bath panel, it is only chipboard with melamine facing and if it got wet it would fall apart.

Hi can you cut it in the size I need ??

Yes you can cut to size, score along line to cut with craft Knife, before sawing, to reduce chipping along cut edge.

How much heat can it withstand?

Not sure I'm afraid. I've not exposed it to any excessive heat as used for kickboard in bathroom.
