Noticeable difference. Finger nails had ridges and would crack, peel and break. I have finger nails on all ten fingers at the same time! I had to cut them for the first time in years.

Buyer beware !
If you're looking for 1,000 mgs. of calcium you have to take 6 of these a day !!!!! The label is confusing. 4,000 mgs of MCHC no idea what that is.
