Pretty much can work out every part of body with these little training system. The bands are very good quality and very comprehensive with different colors and resistance level from 10 to 30. Or you can hook 2 of them together on the handle if you need a little heavier. They all got sleeves on them so that they won’t snap on you. Overall, I’m VERY PLEASED with this item. Highly Recommend if you don’t got to go to gym a lot. VERY Nice tool for workout at home. This band set is the best I've ever purchased and I now recommend them to my clients who want to have their own set. Occasionally, the top layer of fabric is a tad tricky to get just right so that there's equal range of motion on both ends, but mostly that's only a minor annoyance and most clients get the hang of it. Having the fabric overlay extends the life of the band and provides some protection against snapping - I assume. Haven't had one snap yet!
