Force FX Lightsaber - luke

most people dont seem to point out wether it is differnt or the same to master replicas anakin lightsaber. i now have lukes because i lost anakins and i think the hilt is slightly different, the power up switch is different too. the motion sensors seem more responsive too, so overall a slightly better force fx lightsaber. (cheaper on play.com though)

I bought this item hoping to find the thrills I had long dreamed of as a child but to my sadness I found this item to be useless.It lasted less than ten minutes and stopped working. After contacting master replicas via their website I was told that this is a common fault as it is meant to be a collectable and not a toy. I explaned that it was only switched on and not played with but this made no difference. It was my fault for using it. Do not buy this items EVER!

Now, I wouldn't class myself as a serious collector, but i,ve wanted this lightsaber since i was 4 years old. I have to admit I bought this lightsaber on a whim, and as soon as i pressed confirm and buy I thought "oh S**t, what have I done!" Well I need not have worried. When I recieved it in the post it was like being a little kid again, it was wonderful. That said, this ain't a toy, so you have to treat it with respect or else it'll break. a little bit of control when playing with it, don't crash and bash it around too much! The sound effects are superb, from the moment you ignite the blade to the moment it retracts its an experience not to be missed. Most of the full size replicas cost more than i get paid in a month, but this one is just as good, and for a fraction of the price. The detail is fantastic, and the feel unsurpassingly good, its a million times better than those old telescopic placstic toys I used to have as a child. This thing is in a league of its own. I could ramble on forever about how good this product is, but all I can say is: I ,oved it so much I ordered the Vader Saber the very same day. Even if you're not a dedicated Star Wars fan, you have to have one of these, it will bring you hours of fun and you'll not regeret it. If you don't belive me, go to Play.com and read the reviews there. (the lightsabers are also cheaper there, hush, hush)"May the force be with you all"

it would have been top of my christmas list!I purchased the blue and red lightsabers back in April, they look fantastic on camera, they can be fun to mess around with ur mates, the sounds are fantastic on them, the hilts are amazing, basically these will be the closest you'll ever get to the real thing, should it ever be invented that is!but be careful, they are a collectors item, and shouldn't be smacked to hard against eachother, mine haven't smashed up yet, they are quite sturdy but not too sure how much they can take.but worth the money for sure!

Well what can I say, this is the real deal, when you first swith it on it's like a real lightsaber...Then the fun begins when you swing about with it, it makes the authentic noises!! And the power down function is just like the real thing.Many of my friends are jealous with good reason.This is a MUST for anyone who loves star wars!!
