These arrived from the vendor in a nice bubble textured black plastic bag that was tape sealed over everything inside. They include 2 long & 2 short bamboo sticks but these are flawless & thick. There is a carrying bag with pull to close straps, but the bag was a tad too short to permit the top to fully close around its contents. There’s also inside a brief instruction sheet on how to care for the sticks to make them last longer. The too small of a bag gaff aside — the sticks are really well done & everyone who comes within visual sight are compelled to want to pick up the sticks. These are just a perfect weight, & so smooth, yet they don’t slip but are held & maneuvered very easily. They are versatile enough to roll your arms on, roll your feet & hands on — yet you can pull against the underparts of your arms, legs, etc. These hold your interest, you can use them with massage products, they are easy to get clean & ready for the next session or person. These are a great addition to any self care routine. Many folks would appreciate these as a gift — they are definitely as impressive as they are useful.
