Being a Maintenance Mechanic in a Large Production facility can destroy most tools. With a very dusty environment this tool is essential. Having used the same model for 4 years so far in an industrial setting it has proven itself to function as it should with excellent results. The air flow is superb and the heavy duty Chrome and all metal design tops it off. I would recommend this product to anyone. It is worth a little extra for the Quality Assurance of knowing it will function correctly when needed. It looks cool too.

Purchased after having to continuously replace standard blow guns from loose lever rivets to broken hooks. This Typhoon gun is more durable than I expected. I anticipate working for the long haul. It is solid chrome metal and a little weighty compared to a regular tool. I used a foam handle bar grip and it is very comfortable to handle and won't be too cold to handle during the winter season. It is as described, very powerful, not that it will blow paint off your car, but it moves a large volume of air compared to a regular gun. It is strangely quiet too, no air hissing when discharging. I recommend having in the tool chest. Runs off 120psi 5gal compressor just fine. It is worth the extra coin as you'll probably buy several standard blow guns of lesser quality over a lifetime.

I liked this so much I bought more. All metal which is great if you are a little rough on things. If your like me, I sometimes will pull the air gun to me via the air hose. Plastic handle can break if it catches on something while it’s on route to you. 😉 Works even better if you have high flow air fittings, I can actually hear the air moving through my lines and fittings. Two thumbs up!

Very happy with this purchase

For my work area, I needed a strong wide blast of air. The regular guns are fine for smaller machines and fixtures. Decided to give this one a try last year. Worked wonders. A tad bit loud because I had it connected to a larger hose. Just right when I added one of those Flexcoil hoses. However, as we all know, nice tools always seem to break or go missing when you aren't looking. Mine was dropped a few times until it broke in half. So, I bought a second one.But the magic wasn't there. I remember blasting all the cutting fluid off finished parts before. But the new one felt like it was blowing at half of what I remembered. It seems as though the tip has been changed. The small holes look different at the business end and it looks like there's some kind of restrictor when I looked in the screw end. I put the old tip on the new gun. I am once again, the one with the strongest air in the shop.
